The pendant has a larger sterling silver oval on the top with a slightly smaller horizontal oval in gold plated sterling silver under it, and finished with a small faceted teardrop shaped gemstone. This hangs on an adjustable 18k gold plated chain. The two tones make the necklace versatile. Available in various gemstones.
