Your Bespoke Journey
Every bespoke creation begins with a conversation. Get in touch with us by email, chat or telephone, and Milina (GIA Accredited Jewelry Professional), will personally discuss your ideas, inspirations and aspirations for the piece. Your consultation can take place in person or via video or telephone, depending on what suits you best. From there, Milina will begin to translate your vision into a considered design. Initial ideas will be developed and shared with you, allowing us to refine every detail together until the design feels completely right. Once your design has been finalised, a detailed CAD model will be created, allowing you to see your piece take shape before it enters production. Your approval marks the beginning of its transformation from an idea into something tangible and enduring.
Our master craftsmen in the UK will then meticulously create your jewellery, combining traditional craftsmanship with precision and expertise. Should your design call for particular gemstones, Milina will personally source each stone, guiding you through the selection and ensuring every element is chosen with care. When your piece is complete, it is personally inspected by Milina before the moment it is revealed to you. We believe that the final details matter. Should any subtle adjustments be needed, these can be made before your jewellery is considered complete — ensuring that the finished piece is as beautiful, personal and perfectly considered as you imagined.

Remodelling an old heirloom
Our client inherited an old Victorian style ring from her grandmother. Some stones were missing and cracked. Her vision was to transform it into an Art Deco style ring but still look like the original. We sourced and added some antique Rose-Cut Diamonds of the right size as per her request and modified the design to make the new piece. Furthermore, I suggested her to get the milgrain around the stones so that it kept with her grandmother's ring but with a renewed feel.
Lab grown Diamond Pendant Necklace
Our client had purchased a pair of earrings for his partner and wanted to make a necklace matching them exactly. He wanted the stones to be very high-quality lab grown diamonds with sizes as large as 2 carat each. We also had to commission lab grown diamond beads that would work with the design. This pendant necklace required very accurate measurements to make sure that it worked proportionally with the earrings – a feat that was made more difficult as it was a surprise and we did not have physical access to the earrings. The pendant had to have movement and flexibility while making sure it was strong enough since the stones were large and therefore heavy. We used a concealed hinge and rod mechanism to achieve this. We also had to ensure the chain was strong whilst still being delicate enough so as to not take away from the pendant.
Modernising an heirloom
Our client had inherited a ring with very good quality natural diamonds. She however did not wear it much as she did not like the design and setting of the ring. We worked on the design to make a more modern ring, whilst channel setting the stones in a way that made them look bigger in size and sparkle better. We set it in platinum to match the client's other jewellery pieces better, so she could wear it more regularly.
personalised Boho-Chic inspired necklace
Our client wanted to commission a surprise birthday gift for his girlfriend. He wanted it to be personal and something she could wear every day. We designed her a zodiac sign necklace using her birthstones (diamonds) and moonstones (her favourite stone) and made it in 9k gold. She loves earthy, celestial, free form jewellery so we textured the pendant by hammering it gently. To add another personal touch, we engraved both their initials on the pendant.
Signet ring with coat of arms
Our client had a collection of old rings he no longer wore. So, we recycled the gold from some of them to make him a signet ring that he could wear on his pinkie finger. We also created the computer designed artwork for a coat of arms, which we then engraved on to the face of the ring. We brushed the gold and polished it to make it look like an antique ring.
CONVERTING A RING TO A PENDANT
Our client had a ring with 3 high-quality natural diamonds which she did not want to wear anymore as it was a gift from her ex-husband, and she was recently divorced. We used the diamonds from the ring and made a simple and modern looking pendant in platinum, setting the stones using a four-claw channel setting to enhance their sparkle and to make them look larger.

The cost to create bespoke jewellery can vary depending on the design. Simple designs such as creating a wedding band from your own gold can be done for as little as £200, whereas something more complicated such as converting a ring into a necklace can be a little more time consuming and expensive, requiring a design process to create your unique idea, additional precious metal required, any other complementing gemstones to be sourced etc. Prices can vary from as little as a few hundred to a couple of thousand pounds depending on the project. We aim to work to your budget and give an estimate before undertaking any bespoke commission.

The custom-made process begins with an initial consultation to understand your design, style and requirements, selection of precious metals and gemstones, followed by digital design (CAD) and then a physical wax model, which gets approved by you. Once the design is final, our experienced local artisans handcraft each piece with thought and attention to detail. We work with precious metals including sterling silver, gold and platinum, and can source precious gemstones such as diamonds, emeralds and sapphires to create your perfect piece.
